Our client is a prominent group of dental practices servicing between 100,000 to 150,000 patients annually across nine large sites. Each practice houses 6-11 dental chairs and provides a mix of NHS and private services. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring every interaction is positive and welcoming.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a fully remote role where you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will thrive in a customer-centric environment, driving patient conversions and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
Utilize the Boxly system to track leads and set key performance indicators, such as response times.
Engage with patients to convert inquiries into private clients.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including filling slots for quarterly open days.
Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Experience working in a customer service or receptionist role; experience in the dental industry is highly desirable.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly; familiarity with SOE Exact dental software is a plus (training will be provided).
Excellent communication skills with a bubbly, engaging, positive, and welcoming demeanour.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays, to align with UK working hours.
