This is a 7 month Fixed-Term contract (1st March - end October 2025)

The Role – Crew Coordinator 

·         To assist in collating required documentation and ensure procedures are performed by all departments involved

·         To assist with adding new crew to the data base ensuring all required documentation is saved

·         Updating of various crew reports and preparation of files

·         Maintain database systems to record all movements and provide reports as required for crew movements, client requirements and for financial purposes

·         Supporting with crew documentation required for Arrival and Departure Flights

·         Maintain policies and procedures for Crew Management Department and overall Operations Team


What experience does a Crew Coordinator need to have?

·         Knowledge of yachting industry and crew related matters

·         Full command of English language – written and spoken

·         Logistical thinking for problem solving

·         Organisation ability and time management

·         Tactfully manage situations of conflict
