What is your new project?

Our client is a leading innovator in the security, safety, and intelligence sectors. They leverage cutting-edge AI to develop groundbreaking solutions, with a focus on two key areas: voice-based personal recognition and AI-powered facial reconstruction.

Their team of world-class algorithm developers utilizes advanced image processing techniques specifically for human voice analysis. What makes you a great fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years focused on machine learning model deployment.
• Expertise in ONNX, ONNX Runtime, and TensorRT.
• Proficiency in Python (with C++ as a bonus) for developing model optimization and deployment workflows.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with multi-threading and GPU optimization (CUDA/TensorRT libraries).
• Proven experience with cloud technologies, preferably GCP or AWS.
• Proven experience with Triton Server.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

•  Familiarity with quantization and pruning techniques to optimize model size and performance.
• Experience in deploying AI models on edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm Snapdragon ).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines in machine learning workflows.
• Experience with security and biometric product development.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

Your day-to-day in this position

• Optimize machine learning models for real-time deployment using ONNX and TensorRT.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for model conversion, quantization, and performance benchmarking.
• Troubleshoot model conversion issues and resolve compatibility challenges across frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Integrate optimized models into production environments, including on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, hardware engineers, and software developers to enhance model performance on diverse platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in ONNX, TensorRT, and AI deployment.
