IT Solutions Architect

Transform Cancer care by supporting customers with Digitization of Pathology to provide patients with the right diagnosis and treatment, while profitably scaling the Philips Digital Pathology business.

Your role:

  • Provides leadership in the selling effort to accurately estimate services & solutions offerings (Philips products – Hardware and Software, 3rd party products, Services/ SLA’s , Value added offerings)  taking into account customer’s business, clinical and technical needs, business goals, performance and strategies as they pertain to our solution offerings
  • Prepares content and presents the Solution and Services capability of the Philips offering to prospective clients at all levels within the client organization (CxO, MD, Clinician, IT)
  • Facilitates between different SME (subject matter experts) and sales to come to a strong solution & services architecture (with optimal efforts). Reach out to procurement experts with regards 3rd party product (solution, contracting), when required.
  • Execute on complex data-driven problem solving to address client’s operational, clinical success and drive positive business results
  • Utilizes Philips standard methodologies to accomplish business goals. Responsible for Margin management: iGM guardian/improvement. Independently, or as a member of a selling team, scopes implementation, integration , Cyber Security and consulting services through an accurate task analysis and work effort estimate.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT /  Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience (Post graduate degree preferred)
  • 8 years of experience in healthcare technology or combination of equivalent related experience and education.  Prior leadership positions in healthcare organizations as a CIO, IT Director, and/or internal consultant to executive leadership preferred.
  • Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with specialized knowledge in IT Storage, Network, Virtualization, Security , Data management policies,  Application software , Operating systems, SSO, Migrations,  Cloud solutions. Experience in services delivery processes with an understanding of Project Management and Problem solving skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $97,000 to $166,000

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $102,000 to $175,000

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $107,000 to $164,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $114,000 to $196,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
