Job description

Role 1: ServiceNow OM/SPM Architect
Type: Contract/Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design workshops and support BAs and developers.
  • Transform proposals into concrete implementations while minimizing customizations.
  • Deliver and implement process and feature designs.
  • Advocate best practices in architecture, design, and development.
  • Design ServiceNow Order Management and SPM implementations, including:
    • Order capture and orchestration.
    • Demand, project, and resource management.
    • Portal implementations and 3rd-party integrations.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in Order Management (OM) and/or SPM.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow core features, Service Catalog, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CSDM, Workspaces, and product roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience with Application/Data model designs.

Role 2: ServiceNow Product Manager/Business Analyst
Type: Contract/Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Order Management and SPM product design and implementation.
  • Act as a Product Owner or Business Analyst based on expertise.
  • Translate high-level processes into detailed designs using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Build roadmaps, organize workshops, and maintain backlogs.
  • Advocate for out-of-the-box solutions while meeting business needs.
  • Conduct demos, gather feedback, and future-proof designs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align configurations with business goals.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Manager on ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in Order Management (product catalog, orchestration) and/or SPM (portfolio and project management).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
