Job description

Agio offers technology hosting, monitoring, management, helpdesk, disaster prevention and recovery, as well as managed security, 360° cybersecurity programs, virtual CISO (vCISO) support and cybersecurity consulting. 

Your Impact

Agio is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Modeling Assistant to join our team. This administrative role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our modeling process by receiving and processing model requests from brokers and maintaining accurate records of model uploads.

Responsibilities

  • Receive email requests for stock models from specific brokers and promptly acknowledge receipt.
  • Request pre/post model updates from brokers as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Rename received models to client specifications for consistency.
  • Upload models to the client network drive in a timely manner.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all model-related activities using Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare and send out model requests to brokers on the following business day after receiving the request list.
  • Collaborate with the modeling team to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in the modeling process.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus.

Work Schedule: This is a flexible, part-time role offering 20-40 hours per week, with the convenience of 100% remote work.
