Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments to track client progress and refine therapeutic approaches.
  • Completing timely, accurate documentation using our efficient digital portal.
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance clinical outcomes.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California; multi-state licenses are an asset.
  • Minimum one year of licensed clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, and related issues.
  • Confidence in utilizing digital tools within therapy.
  • Commitment to delivering inclusive care to diverse populations.
