Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Remote (AT Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 5000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AT)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and high-priority projects. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction, manage strategic account growth, and ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and upselling opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics, including NPS and retention rates.
Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring team excellence.

Qualifications:

Collaborate with the accounting team to review month-end financial data, identifying and addressing discrepancies prior to financial statement preparation.
Minimum 5 years in account management, preferably in marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Expertise in Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

Marketing background or experience.
Experience in a fully remote work environment.
