Salary Range:
up to 5000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AT)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and high-priority projects. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction, manage strategic account growth, and ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics, including NPS and retention rates.
  • Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring team excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to review month-end financial data, identifying and addressing discrepancies prior to financial statement preparation.
  • Minimum 5 years in account management, preferably in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Marketing background or experience.
  • Experience in a fully remote work environment.
