The role:

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! Isaac Health takes a holistic and comprehensive approach when providing care for our patients which includes therapy services along with medication management as needed.

This position is a 1099 independent contract role.

Who you are:

• Licensed Master Social Worker in the United States
• You are licensed and in good standing (active and unrestricted)
• Knowledge of the clinical application of the DSM-5
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care
• Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledgeable in crisis response
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, proprietary EMR, etc.); able to provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards
• Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care
• An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred

How your skills and passion will come to life at Isaac Health:

• Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with clients once per week for 45 minutes
• Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability
• Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability! The scheduled time must fall within the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time
• Work collaboratively with doctors who are managing your clients' medication as well as with other multidisciplinary care providers, in tandem with the therapy services you are providing
• Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others, and create an environment that leads to favorable outcomes for clients
