We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager of Treasury to oversee our international cash management and develop our strategic treasury function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international treasury and liquidity management, as well as experience managing cash flows, cash forecasting, and banking portals, and international tax regimes.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting to the SVP of Investor Relations & Treasury, this role will play a critical part in enhancing our financial performance and supporting working capital initiatives across the organization.
Daily Cash Reporting: Prepare and present cash reports, an a daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date basis per the requirements set by management. Leverage Workday and banking portals to improve existing reporting.
Bank Account Management: Oversee the management of bank accounts, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and exploring services that enhance financial operations.
Working Capital Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as commercial business partners, Global Business Services (GBS), and FP&A to optimize working capital. Explore treasury reporting KPIs to drive working capital improvements. Monitor and optimize working capital, ensuring efficient payment processing methods including ACH, global wires, and pay by card programs.
Cash Forecasting: Enhance cash forecasting model to provide insights into future cash flow, sufficient liquidity needs, and minimized interest expense.
Debt Repayment Oversight: Manage the organization’s debt repayment strategies, ensuring timely payments and covenant compliance.
Foreign Exchange Management: Handle foreign exchange (FX) transactions and strategies to mitigate risks associated with currency fluctuations, including hedging.
International Cash Management: Manage international cash accounts and banking relationships, facilitate repatriation strategies while navigating tax implications, transfer pricing considerations, and intercompany loans. Identify opportunities regarding multi-lateral netting and cash pooling structures via in-house banking.
Capital Markets Access: Support access to capital markets, such revolving credit facilities, leasing agreements, equity issuances, and stock repurchases.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Support due diligence and integration of acquired entities including management, transition, and closure of acquired bank accounts.
Documentation: Author and maintain all treasury policies, procedures, and controls with focus on establishing best in class international treasury.
Internal Controls: Improve and maintain the highest standards of internal controls, inclusive of requisite back up for all controls. Supervise maintenance and update signatories on all global bank accounts.
Treasury Operations: review and execute requests for electronic disbursements, ensure treasury controls are implemented, follow DOA for digital payment releases, and track through confirmation of funds. Resolve any related issues fraud, denials, etc. Coordinate with the GBS and Accounting teams and lead the resolution of any return of funds / denials / bank credit transactions to ensure they are appropriately recorded in the Company’s ERP. Support the Accounting team with the bank reconciliation process.
Investor Relations: Support the Investor Relations’ function.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in international treasury and cash management, including exposure to FX strategies & hedging.
Proven experience developing bank relationships and working in banking platforms.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices.
Knowledge of general forecasting, budgeting, and related accounting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across various departments.
High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
