Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams ? Pernod Ricard is looking for a GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS & ENTERTAINEMENT INTERN for 6 months from July to December 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
You will assist the Global Partnerships team in the daily management of the global partnerships scope for the PR portfolio.
Your key missions :

Support partnerships implementation & execution 
  • You will support the implementation of the partnerships and ensure their follow-up (e.g. operational, budget, action reports).  
  • You will contribute drafting agency briefs, internal presentations, and benchmarks. 
  • You will support the strategic recommendations for global partnerships (Events, Brands, Media Partnerships...). You will monitor & report opportunities and trends. 
  • You will support CSR actions implementation within partnerships. 
  
 Support in the compliance of the contract execution ​ ​ 
  • You will ease the ​day-to-day coordination with internal stakeholders (Brand Companies & Market companies) and partners.
  • ​​You will master the partnerships calendar​.
Support the animation of internal communities 
  • ​​You will contribute to the creation of guidelines.​ 
  • ​​You will consolidate and share best practices internally.​ 
  • ​​You will support enhancing the partnerships internally​. 
  • You will monitor and consolidate industry trends, benchmarks and opportunities 
Support on the reporting process      
  • ​​You will contribute to the reporting presentations.​ 
  • You will support in the financial and legal process​es.

  • You have previous professional experience in partnerships, events, content creation, preferably within the music or cultural industry.
  • You are fluent in English and have skills in French.
  • You have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are flexible, agile and enjoy managing multiple projects.
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
