Senior UI/UX Designer

What You Will Do:

• Design and deliver high-quality UI prototypes, mockups, and interfaces for our inventory management solutions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to define and implement innovative UI solutions.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize existing UI designs.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Required:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on inventory management solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Excellent visual design skills with proven track record in creating interfaces that are easy to use, appealing to the user community and as intuitive as possible
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Desired:

• Experience in designing for enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of inventory management processes and workflows.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
• Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
• Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
• Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. 
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
