THE HIGH LEVEL

The Field Marketing Manager will act as a critical bridge between sales and marketing, delivering valuable insights about Iron Bow’s solutions to customers and prospects. This role will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships through consistent communication and the strategic development of demand generation activities to help drive sales. The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with customer-facing teams, partner alliances, key stakeholders, and sales to execute marketing campaigns, industry events, and sales enablement activities while achieving set KPIs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Align with sales, CSO, and CTO to develop strategic multi-channel demand generation or brand awareness campaigns with tailored messaging to engage the target audience
  • Develop, test, and implement marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting the performance of each tactic across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
  • Manage campaign logistics, including budget alignment, cross-functional coordination, marketing materials, and conversion throughout sales/marketing funnel from HubSpot to Salesforce
  • Conduct A/B testing of content to optimize user engagement and conversion rates

Strategic Events Management

  • Identify and prioritize key tradeshows and conferences to showcase core solutions with partners
  • Plan and execute tailored event experiences to strengthen customer relationships, including budgeting, partner collaboration, logistics, and promotional efforts
  • Develop comprehensive event plans outlining objectives, marketing strategies, schedules, sponsorships, and sales and partner participation, while managing post-event follow-ups and lead nurturing with sales
  • Travel to and provide on-site leadership at major tradeshows and events

Partner & Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Management

  • Collaborate with partners to increase marketplace credibility among customers
  • Build and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline through external partnerships
  • Pitch to partners for Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to support co-branded initiatives and campaigns, oversee budget allocation, and submit cost documentation in partner portals

Collaboration with Marketing, Sales & Key Stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, develop and coordinate all marketing deliverables for business unit
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales and marketing to align campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide end-to-end support for sales, including channel recommendations, enablement materials, and campaign deliverables
  • Work with sales and business development teams to understand prospect needs, prioritize effective strategies, and ensure timely lead follow-up through the sales/marketing funnel

Budget Management

  • Track and report on marketing expenses related to lead procurement, MQL, SAL and SQL conversions to deliver full ROI reporting
  • Oversee business unit marketing budget, aligning with finance and business unit leader on all activity spend

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and processes; experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate brand messaging effectively across multiple channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management and event marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
