Delivery Associates (DA) is a global social impact consultancy specializing in transforming the public sector. We help governments and social impact organizations turn ambitious goals into an everyday reality for the people they serve. At the heart of what we do is the methodology: Deliverology®, the evolving science of getting things done in the public and social sectors. We use our expertise—strategic planning, delivery and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, digital solutions, and strategic communications—to build the capacity of our partners to deliver at every stage of the implementation life cycle, both with us and beyond us.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an Associate (Consultant) to join our growing consulting team in France or the Netherlands. As an Associate (Consultant) in a multinational project in public health, you will support the delivery of outcomes in preventing childhood obesity, working jointly with the local government, the client, and partners on the ground to plan for delivery, monitor progress, and solve implementation challenges.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible and resilient. You will be skilled at efficiently managing the project, facilitating and engaging with partners, and ensuring smooth collaboration and communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Drive and support partner organizations in implementing health promotion initiatives, supporting the client’s team for achieving tangible results.
  • Provide daily program management support to the client, including notetaking of meetings, executive summaries, and prepare effective meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams within a global project, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results that align with client objectives.
  • Engage directly with local governments and partners, to implement prioritized initiatives, and facilitate relationship-building, problem-solving, collaboration, and knowledge management with partners.
  • Contribute to data collection and analytical processes to develop robust recommendations for client presentations.
  • Work closely with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture while learning from experienced professionals.
  • Plan and execute stakeholder workshops, ensuring the smooth flow of routine meetings.
