About the Role
Lume is looking for a Sr. Associate, Retail Distribution to join our team! We are looking for a high-performing individual to support our growing North American distribution network. This individual will oversee varied distribution matters of the retail business. This includes ensuring orders are processed at the distribution centers and kitting partners, fulfilled, and then delivered to the end customer. You will be responsible for proper inventory movement, order fulfillment and will serve as the subject matter expert about questions on fulfillment for your respective areas of focus. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders on order management, process improvement, cost savings, and NPI initiatives. The role will exercise all areas of your skillset; operational, analytics & reporting, soft skills, project management, risk assessment, etc!
What you will do:
- Oversee tactical operations at North American distribution centers and ISM kitting partners for retail fulfillment
- Serve as the subject matter expert for your respective areas and help troubleshoot fulfillment and transportation-related customer issues
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, Retail, and Accounting/Finance to ensure proper fulfillment of orders including stocking strategy, timing of order processing at DC, and confirmation of order delivery
- Work with the Lumē Retail team each week on upcoming orders, risks to orders and priorities
- Establish and monitor KPIs on operational performance measurement systems such as on-time in-full delivery and fulfillment cost metrics
- Learn and utilize new technology to drive root cause analysis and problem resolution relating to on-time delivery and other team metrics
- Troubleshoot EDI orders with our partners and drive closure to issues, ensuring 100% fulfillment and data processing completion
- Collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain and R&D to reduce fulfillment costs
- Create Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and consistency at distribution centers

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $60,000-$80,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
