We seek a People Journey Specialist - Mid-Level (Ssr) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent in English (B2 - Upper Intermediate) and French.
- Experience in HR administration, HR systems, and payroll processes.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance in France.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to optimize processes.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Perform employee information checks and controls to ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Send monthly payroll inputs to the payroll team for the payroll cycle.
- Monitor holiday accruals and manage leave controls.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with local labor legislation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize tools like SAP and SuccessFactors.
