Our Team: 
Cimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. We will partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.

What You Will Do: 
CimpressOpen is pursuing a massive market opportunity and we are expanding across multiple dimensions simultaneously. Adding more catalog products and partner services to our portfolio, extending our capabilities across multiple fulfillment locations, serving new geographies and delivering our services to more customers. This growth in scale and scope requires a senior leader to orchestrate how we do that effectively, efficiently and profitably. As a part of the senior leadership team, this role will establish and optimize all internal and external processes for launching and optimizing our growth dimensions.

• Oversee strategic initiatives within the Cimpress Open Business Unit to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic objectives by collaborating with Business Unit teams.
• Establish and optimize communication and decision-making processes to support aligned Business Unit priorities.
• Identify, improve, or implement processes and structures to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end integration and implementation of products and services internally and for external partners (and their customers).
• Be the driving force across Business Unit teams and senior leaders to ensure progress, planning, and alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain executive-level reporting, communication channels, and plans to provide clear status, priorities, and resource allocation guidance.
• Secure necessary resources (e.g., talent, tools, approvals) to enable teams to meet their objectives effectively.
• Build and nurture relationships with key leaders to promote employee satisfaction and operational alignment.
• Take ownership of the documentation, rollout, and delivery of products and services to external partners and their customers. 

Your Qualifications: At CimpressOpen, we strive to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture 

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives on a global scale
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end processes across complex organizational structures to drive efficiency and alignment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to address complex challenges and drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities including executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
