What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline
- Four (4) years of experience in Salesforce development and with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and ETL tools required
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related Salesforce development tools
Preferred:
- Understanding of Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA)/Education Cloud with experience in implementation and customization of the Salesforce Platform
- Knowledge of higher education processes and systems, including admissions, enrollment, and student services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of HEDA data model, configuration, and best practices within a higher education context
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I credentials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
