NP Digital focuses on creating innovative, adaptive, and data-driven digital marketing plans for our clients. Obsessed with helping companies grow and exceed their goals, NP Digital delivers on the mission of continually helping brands connect and engage with their audience.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Manager, Data, Analytics & Insights leads by example, provides thought leadership, and conveys the value of data through robust, proven data practices and methods.

To be successful, the Senior Manager, Data, Analytics & Insights must collaborate with marketing professionals across the agency and client stakeholders with a focus on increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance marketing campaigns across all channels.

The successful candidate for this role approaches data from a holistic, multi-faceted, user perspective balancing detail and depth with strategy and business outcomes. The successful candidate understands how marketing data flows through various platforms (from ad platforms, ad servers, web analytics to CRMs) that each provide multiple views of performance that they must integrate.

Based on this expertise, the successful candidate can directly demonstrate what data to use, its distinct value, and how to make strategic data-driven decisions for different stakeholders.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in the United States.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Report directly into the Senior Director, Data, Analytics & Insights to lead and orchestrate marketing data initiatives (across channels, products, and business divisions) as part of NP Digital’s Data, Analytics and Insights team

  • Consult with clients, managers and strategists across CRO, SEO, Content, Paid Media and other marketing experts for how best to use data and communicate insights
