Job description

Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Manage payment allocations, vendor accounts, and reconciliations. Handle inquiries, EFTs, mortgage payments, and 1099 forms. Support year-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure accurate allocation of payments to corresponding general ledger accounts and cost centers

  • Manage relationships with vendors and conduct regular account reconciliations

  • Maintain comprehensive vendor records, including essential documentation such as W-9 forms, contact details, address changes, and ACH information

  • Generate and maintain a weekly cash flow report based on accounts payable activities

  • Address and resolve inquiries related to accounts payable promptly, catering to vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices efficiently

  • Review and validate Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) securely

  • Contribute to the year-end closing process to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare 1099 forms as required\

  • Oversee and manage mortgage payments effectively


What We're Looking For:

  • Possess 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred

  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience with AP-related software, preferably Yardi, is advantageous

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Effective communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills

  • Capable of prioritizing work and consistently meeting all deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
