Role Description: as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's key clients and serving as the single point of contact for client service managers, project managers, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and implementing medium- and long-term client relationship strategies aligned with Viseven's marketing strategy to drive sales tactics.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting existing clients and identifying and leveraging new opportunities to increase revenue. Additionally, you will conduct client meetings, gather and analyze high-level requirements, develop scalable onboarding processes, manage internal change initiatives, and provide leadership in internal operational activities.
Responsibilities:Build strong client relationships, through regular communication Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction Communicate product and pricing details clearly Informing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers Notifying customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitating suitable interventions Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans Orchestrate the interrelated projects inside the Account Reporting to AD as required Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records. Requires skills and knowledge:Pharma marketing background would be beneficial3+ years of proven account management experience of Pharma/FMCG (or related domains) clientsAccepts accountability for achieving business goals (e.g., account growth, profit, satisfaction, etc.)Is effective at selling major opportunities inside accountsSolid and defensible account plans buildingNegotiate effective agreementsSolid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progressExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an attitude in fostering long-term relationshipsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsExperience in B2B Experience with Jira, Creatio, Office 365 Knowledge of Pharma Client standard ecosystem: CRM/CLM (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle, etc.) and marketing automation solutions (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign, etc.), DAM systems (Dropbox, etc.), BI systems (Power Bi, etc.) and others.Good understanding of design creation tools English – FluentUkrainian – FluentSecond foreign language will be an advantageMaster’s Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar relevant field will be an advantageWhat we provide:
