The roles within ScriptPro’s Field Operations department involve direct interaction with customers, which provides a unique opportunity to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. These teams are involved with the implementation and maintenance of our customer’s environment and infrastructure. This is a technical and collaborative role with the ability to make an impact on pharmacy systems. 

Job Summary: The Systems Analyst is responsible for conducting tasks to support ScriptPro’s System Implementation teams and projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, completing hardware, software, operating system, and database evaluations of deployed equipment to determine upgrade compatibility requirements. This individual will act as a liaison to ScriptPro’s Sales team to build quotes, assisting Project Managers with building and submitting manufacturing orders, and assisting with project assignment for the Implementation Engineering services team. This role will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to determine hardware/software solutions for current and end-of-life products, and confirm inventory and replacement part availability.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Implementation Engineering Services 

Shift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8 to 5 pm CST. This is a remote role, but on-campus attendance may occasionally be required. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.   

Scope of the Role:

  • Complete hardware, software, operating system, and database evaluations requested by various ScriptPro teams
  • Collaborate with project managers to support accurate Oracle order configurations
  • Attend applicable internal meetings to review upcoming implementation projects, including daily standups, timeline reviews, release planning, and SPR meetings 
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing and Customer Service to determine product availability and compatibility
  • Identify issues/gaps pertaining to parts availability, system compatibility, or resource constraints and alert System Implementation management
  • Provide support and serve as a liaison with various teams, including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service, to support both prospective and existing customer initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services and assist with building documentation to support successful implementations and deployments
  • Manage and complete project assignments for Implementation Engineering Services resources

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, related field experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with ScriptPro’s products, hardware/software installations, client/server relationships, and database structure/management
  • Ability to evaluate and effectively prioritize competing demands of varying scope/complexity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office program suite [e.g. Excel, Word, Project, Visio]
  • Exceptional analytical skills; ability to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions as necessary
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate among project stakeholders appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Success in this position relies heavily on email, video calls/meetings, and phone communication and is therefore often fast-paced and requires attention to timeliness, audience, and professional courtesy
  • Business-casual attire, at a minimum, is required while in the office and on video calls; personal hygiene and appearance must be well-maintained
  • Familiarity with ScriptPro reporting tools (WEBI) 
  • Independent, self-motivated worker who acts as a team player
  • Experience with ScriptPro projects, products, and upgrade life cycles

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
  • Must have a distraction free home office workspace
  • Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Working Conditions:

This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
