Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our Automation services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the use of various RPA tools for business process automation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities related to Automation and the RPA ecosystem.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to position Automation solutions effectively.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how RPA can streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) tailored to client needs.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Work closely with Microsoft and other partners to leverage resources and co-sell opportunities.
  • Training and Enablement:
    • Stay updated on the latest RPA features, updates, and trends.
    • Educate clients and internal teams on the benefits and capabilities of RPA.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
    • Proven track record of selling RPA solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of RPA tools and related technologies.
    • Familiarity with business process automation and workflow management tools.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications in related technologies.
  • Experience working in a consultative sales environment.
  • Understanding of integration tools like APIs, connectors, and RPA.



Salary: 6 Lakhs
