Job description

This is a remote position.

20 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Flexible schedule, 4 hours between 9 AM to 6 PM EST Naples, FL

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to support our team with bookkeeping, invoicing, keeping and maintaining time-sheets, Vendor coordination, insurance coordination, and other basic bookkeeping tasks. This part-time role involves maintaining Excel sheets, tracking data and generating reports using Quickbooks. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and email and working with our special financing department to facilitate solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickbooks report and invoice generation
  • Coordination Activities - Vendors
  • Coordination Activities - Insurances
  • Communications with team members
  • Management of team timesheets
  • Manage company invoices
  • Invoice - Coordination


Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Has preferably worked for a medium-sized or growing company
  • Highly Organized and attention to detail is a must
  • Self Starter/Managed
  • Strong experience with MS- Office tools
  • Knowledgeable with Quickbooks
  • Knowledgeable with Bill.com
  • Must have a strong internet connection and a backup service
