Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM UK Time

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Web Content Creator to produce high-quality, SEO-optimised content for our websites. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand and engages our target audience, driving traffic, and supporting digital marketing goals.


Responsibilities:
• Write, edit, and proofread website copy, blogs, product descriptions, and other content.
• Research industry topics and stay updated with trends and best practices.
• Optimise content for SEO to boost search rankings and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop content strategies for campaigns.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style.
• Incorporate relevant keywords for SEO.
• Update content to ensure accuracy and SEO optimisation.
• Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Track content performance and adjust strategies as needed.




Requirements
• Proven experience as a web content creator, copywriter, or similar role (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO and tools (like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
• Ability to create engaging, clear content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web formatting is advantageous.
