Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Tues - Sat 8 AM- 5 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.



Job Description for Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple email accounts and respond to client inquiries promptly
  • Handle website form submissions and follow up with potential clients
  • Schedule appointments and manage the owner’s calendar efficiently
  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely financial transactions
  • Assist in creating wedding florist proposals using the Curate platform
  • Organize and prioritize tasks for the owner and the business
  • Provide basic customer support and maintain positive client relationships
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and client outreach
  • Conduct basic research to support business growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in email management and calendar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of financial processes (invoicing, payments)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Adaptability to learn new software platforms (e.g., Curate)
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the business positively
