We are currently seeking an AU Sales Consultant to be the initial point of contact for prospective students eager to embark on their educational journey. The selected candidate will play a key role in connecting students with reputable courses tailored to their personal goals, providing expert guidance every step of the way. By engaging with warm leads through a blended inbound and outbound sales approach, the candidate’s contributions will directly impact both students’ futures and the success of our high-performing, growth-driven team. Job Description

The selected individual is expected to:
  • Serve as the primary contact for new students, assisting them through the course selection process.
  • Effectively manage and track leads in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Utilize both inbound and outbound sales techniques to engage students and guide them to appropriate courses.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students, understanding their needs and motivations.
  • Work with a team to meet and exceed sales goals, driving success both individually and collectively.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide tailored, expert advice to students.
  • Continuously follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with phone sales experience being highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist and build relationships with others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and a keen interest in the education sector.
  • Motivated by achieving financial success and team goals.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Monday, Slack, Calendy (training will be provided).
  • Experience in the education sector or similar industries is a plus.
