Position Title: Business Admin with Bookkeeping Experience
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Salary: Php 30,000.00 – Php 35,000.00 (Depending on the experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS ADMIN WITH BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities as a Business Admin with Bookkeeping Experience:

• Provide administration support to the business owners
• Conduct daily invoicing of clients as directed
• Produce weekly financial reports from the MYOB accounting system
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Support the quoting of maintenance work and landscape work
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the scheduling of work
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Manage a database of members (send emails, answer queries, update member details). Competency with all Microsoft Office tools is also highly regarded.

Qualifications as a Business Admin with Bookkeeping Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar related course.
• Experienced working as a VA or administrative assistant for more than 2 years.
• Excellent English communication skills, includes written and spoken English.
• Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
• Outgoing personality with a strong resolve to improve processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• MYOB experience required.
• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks as required.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A keen attention to detail
• Willingness to contribute and speak up on new ideas
• Process driven with an ability to document procedures
