Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Responsible for managing a team that oversees and executes the construction, integration, overall resiliency, release management, monitoring, observability, and ongoing operations for applications. Manages application connectivity and data flows from customer entry point and surrounding technology components.
Develops and coaches’ teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.
How You’ll Do It
- Manage a technology team. Leads team and peers to ensure capacity and performance management is compliant.
- Oversee application release management.
- Manage change control for applications and platforms.
- Manage disaster recovery and compliance plans.
- Lead business and budget planning to align with product roadmaps.
- Communicate with Officers and Directors, peer Managers, and team members.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology
- 6+ years’ experience in Payments and or equivalent technology industry, or related experience
- In Lieu of Education Experience, 8+ years’ experience in Payments and or equivalent technology industry, or related experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $129,000.00 to $217,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
