This position is responsible for leading the management, analysis and interpretation of business data to drive informed decision-making and optimize organizational efficiency.

This role…

Data Collection & Preparation:

  • Leads initiatives to collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Spearheads the integration of complex data sets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborates with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources, to enhance decision-making process.

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

  • Leads exploratory data analysis to discover patterns, trends, and insights to support business objectives.
  • Performs advanced statistical analysis on business data to identify key business opportunities, addressing challenges, and optimizing performance.
  • Develops hypothesis and conducts statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, to extract actionable insights.
  • Leads root cause analysis of critical business problems, propose actionable solutions, and suggest areas for process improvement.
  • Creates and maintains statistical models, ensuring these models are scalable and adaptable for ongoing and ad hoc data analysis.

Data Visualization & Communication:

  • Designs and implements data visualization strategies to present complex findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Leads the development of dashboards, reports and presentations through the use of data visualization programs, tools, and techniques. to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Collaborates with Product, Sales and Account Management teams to create compelling presentations, white papers, and other materials that highlight the impacts of Company programs on health outcomes, present as needed.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for data storytelling and translating intricate data into strategic insights that guide business decisions.

Business Collaboration & Support:

  • Strategic partner and guides team leaders on all monitoring data analysis assignments, requests, and insights, as well as metric tracking functions.
  • Provides advanced data analytics, tracking reports, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Leads collaborative efforts with stakeholders and data engineers to understand and manipulate data effectively.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are interested in speaking to individuals with the following…

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics or similar.
  • Seven (7) plus years’ experience in data analytics.
  • Experience with DOMO, Tableau, SQL, or similar.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to create concise, engaging dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced statistical knowledge, ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources, perform hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills and experience using business intelligence tools.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail an accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills required, including strong presentation skills.
  • Executes ad-hoc analysis projects efficiently and adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Ability to apply professional concepts and experience to evaluate identifiable factors in order to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relations with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Salary: $111,000-149,900

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
