The Job:
The Global HR Technology & Shared Services Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives and the management of the SAAS software deployment lifecycle, specifically focusing on HR technology solutions and shared services on a global scale. This role emphasizes strong project management, test management, audit, and compliance responsibilities to ensure the successful deployment and management of Workday systems across multiple regions.
As a Global HR Technology & Shared Services Program Manager, you’ll be part of our Global HRIS team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Execution of Strategy: Implement and manage the execution of strategic plans for HR technology and shared services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with local regulations.
- SAAS Software Deployment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAAS software deployment, from planning and implementation to maintenance and optimization.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Test Management: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of HR systems.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure all HR technology solutions and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Global Solution Deployment and Management: Lead the global deployment and management of technology solutions, ensuring effective operation and continuous improvement through rigorous project management practices.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective solutions and services.
- Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy across all HR systems and processes.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption and engagement with new technologies and processes.

- Global Workday Deployment and Management: Proven experience in leading Workday implementations and managing ongoing operations on a global scale.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Test Management: Experience in developing and executing test plans to ensure system quality and performance.
- Audit and Compliance: Knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements in HR technology.
- HR Technology Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Change Management: Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving user adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Global Perspective: Understanding of global HR practices and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
