Join our Finance team to provide actionable financial insights (e.g., ROI) that drive marketing effectiveness, optimize campaign economics, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication of complex data insights.
Day to day, you'll..
- Model marketing performance relative to investments and make investment recommendations that optimize financial performance
- Develop and implement data-driven financial marketing forecasts and variance analyses
- Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports regarding marketing’s contribution to revenue and earnings
- Analyze marketing data to improve ROI and campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to optimize financial results.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Implement and manage marketing analytics tools.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in financial marketing investment, performance, and analytics.
What You'll Bring To The Team...
- Bachelor's required, Master's preferred in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years in marketing performance analytics or related role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis and financial modeling.

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
