THE POSITION 

You will play a key role in our growth strategy selling digital advertising and direct mail services to small businesses in communities across the U.S. You will join the Porch Pro Sales team in cold-calling campaigns with the goal of enrolling local Home Improvement Professionals on yearly contracts for unique products specifically designed to drive them more business. You will offer Porch Products, build value, and get them interested in paid subscriptions along with marketing programs that will increase their company’s exposure to our homeowners.

This role has a combination of base hourly rate plus commission. Since this is a high-volume revenue generating role, a substantial portion of the overall compensation will be based on commissions. There is no cap on commissions and high upside for top producers.

WHAT YOU DO 

  • Generate Leads. Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.

  • Complete outbound cold calls to prospective professionals.

  • Sales Expertise. Conduct in-depth consultations and present tailored marketing solutions.

  • Achieve Targets. Meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Market Insight. Stay informed about local market trends and competition.

  • Effective Communication. Maintain accurate records and submit regular performance reports.

  • Showing up on time to daily team meetings.

  • Consistently hitting minimum key performance indicator metrics (dials, conversations, talk time).

  • Participating in a/b tests to track the effectiveness of talk tracks and sales techniques.

  • Keeping up-to-date and accurate records in Salesforce.

  • Overcome objections and persuade high-quality pros to join the Porch network.

  • Receive feedback in call coaching sessions on how to improve.

  • Provide feedback when you see potential areas of improvement

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Quick recruitment process through video calls. 

  • Pay rate: MXN 133.00 an hour 

  • Monthly Potential bonus:  MXN 14,400 on target earnings and revenue metric.

  • Sign on bonus: MXN 2,775 (Divided into three payments of MXN 925 during the first 3 months)

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • 1+ years of experience in an outbound cold-calling sales environment over the phone is required. If no experience in cold-calling, then inbound sales experience of 2+ years is required.

  • To be great at story-telling 

  • The ability to deal with ambiguous situations, and adapt quickly to changes

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
