We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on helping dealerships boost sales through SEO, SEM, and social advertising. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll generate revenue by connecting with new leads, driving sales, and building relationships with automotive dealers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through outbound sales (calls, emails, in-person).
  • Present digital marketing solutions and demonstrate value.
  • Qualify leads and build strong relationships.
  • Onboard new clients and transition them to the Customer Experience team.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing sales.
  • 5+ years selling into the auto industry.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Remote position; must reside in North California.

Total Comp = 50% Base salary + 50% commission potential.
