Position:

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled English Language Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding linguistic and communication abilities with a strong emphasis on quality assurance. This role includes providing English language training for new and existing staff, and auditing calls, emails, and chat communications to ensure they adhere to our standards for language, tone, and clarity. The English Language Consultant will collaborate with various departments to offer feedback and training, ensuring consistent and effective communication across the organization.

Language Consultant Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Training and Development:

    • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance English communication skills across the organization.
    • Create and update training materials, guidelines, and best practices for effective English communication.
    • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of training programs.
Auditing Communication:

    • Conduct detailed audits of customer service interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
    • Evaluate the quality of the English language used, adherence to company standards, and overall communication effectiveness.
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and maintain quality assurance metrics and standards for all forms of English communication.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement improvements based on audit findings.
    • Regularly review and update quality assurance processes to align with industry best practices.
Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate detailed reports on audit findings, highlighting trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for enhancing English communication quality.
Track and report on the implementation and effectiveness of recommended changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
  • Worked as a language trainer or facilitator for at least 3 years in MNC corporates
  • Proven experience in a language-focused role, preferably in a customer service or quality assurance capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language nuances.
  • Experience with training and development programs is a plus.
