We have an immediate opening in our virtual office, The Link, for a Corporate Associate with three to seven years of experience preferred. The candidate will have a general corporate background with significant experience in Middle Market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate equity and debt financing including seed financing and venture capital transactions involving emerging and growth stage companies. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, attention to detail, responsiveness and resourcefulness, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively. In addition, the candidate should exhibit an ability to embrace a continuous improvement mindset and learn and utilize innovative legal technologies to enhance the delivery of legal services and client experience. Candidates should have an active Florida bar license and reside in Florida.
