Job description

GoTeam is currently in search of a Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Travel Agent. This dynamic role involves coordinating and booking travel arrangements for our employees, ensuring a seamless travel experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while navigating the complexities of travel logistics. As part of our team, you'll enhance employee travel experiences through exceptional support and efficient planning.


Location and Workplace: Philippines (Work From Home)

Shift: 12AM- 9AM PH Time


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and booking travel itineraries for executives and employees, ensuring all arrangements are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Researching and securing flights that align with employees' schedules and company travel policies.
  • Arranging suitable hotel accommodations, considering location, amenities, and budget constraints.
  • Organizing ground transportation, including car rentals and shuttle services, for seamless travel experiences.
  • Preparing and distributing travel itineraries, confirmations, and necessary travel documents to employees.
  • Communicating with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to manage bookings and resolve any issues.
  • Tracking travel expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Making dining reservations to accommodate employees' schedules and preferences during their travels.
  • Providing real-time assistance to employees during their travels, addressing any changes or emergencies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses for reporting and auditing purposes.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in travel booking required; Having an IATA/IATAN ID Card is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in travel booking platforms, TripIt, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant software.
  • Quick-thinking with strong problem-solving skills for unexpected travel issues.
  • Customer-focused mindset dedicated to providing outstanding service.
