It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Summary of the Job:

  

The FNTS Finance Director is a key contributor to the company's strategic growth and financial planning process. This role is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support FNTS’s business objectives, with accountability for metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and service consistency. As an embedded finance partner, this role will work closely with senior business leaders, executive management, the FNBO Finance leadership team, and key clients.

About This Role:

 

Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis
•    Formulate, in collaboration with FNTS leadership, a long-term vision and direction aligned with FNTS’s growth strategy and FNBO’s target performance metrics.
•    Lead the development of a financial model driving revenue and other key performance metrics.
•    Facilitate the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning process to align departmental and organizational performance with strategic goals.
•    Engage with the FNBO Finance Leadership Team to define short, medium, and long-term financial plans and forecasts.
Drive Financial Performance through Strategic Analysis and Operational Expertise
•    Lead capacity analysis initiatives to ensure optimal utilization of resources and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
•    Oversee and enhance profitability assessments at both the product and customer levels, delivering insights to guide strategic decision-making.
•    Develop and execute robust cost management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving cost efficiencies across the organization.
•    Design, implement, and refine pricing and bid models to maximize revenue and profitability, balancing competitive positioning with customer value.
Financial Operations and Management
•    Oversee financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
•    Drive capital planning and forecasting to secure necessary funding for operational needs.
•    Develop predictive models and data-driven analyses that provide insights into FNTS operations, enhance decision-making, and support business planning.
•    Manage the response to internal and external audits, implementing any necessary improvements in controls and compliance.

Consultative Leadership and Business Partnership
•    Act as a strategic advisor, collaborating closely with the FNTS Leadership Team and fostering relationships across functions to support strategic discussions and initiatives.
•    Engage with internal stakeholders to identify and implement efficiencies that drive operational effectiveness.
•    Support senior leaders in developing performance metrics that align with FNTS’s strategic objectives.
•    Partner with Legal and FNTS Leadership Team to draft and negotiate contracts related to acquisitions and other business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

Key Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•    10-15 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with exposure to high-tech, data-driven, or complex operational environments.
•    Proven ability to build relationships across business lines, influencing strategic direction and achieving alignment.
•    Strong analytical and consultative skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide insights on stakeholder needs and operational improvements.
•    Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a track record of delivering business analysis that drives results
 

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $138,667.00-$235,773.00

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
