Our client is one of the world’s most well-known IT companies, with a portfolio of tools widely used in the IT industry. It is a multinational company with development offices around the world, and they are looking for a person who will help them with the contract renewal between the client and their third-party customers

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in project management and procurement management with over 5 years in enterprise-level companies
  • Familiar with contract management procedures
  • Skilled in conducting market analysis, creating purchase justifications, and developing material lifecycle plans, bills of material, and cost estimates
  • Proficient in drafting product and service-oriented statements of work and managing contract documentation, including solicitation materials and proposal reviews
  • Adept at creating and delivering reports on contract statuses, renewal rates, and associated risks
  • Strong in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration
  • Used to monitoring performance metrics and establishing procedures to identify and improve areas of concern
  • Capable of communicating effectively with clients and third parties in English at an Upper-Intermediate level


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Review existing contracts to identify renewal timelines and critical terms
  • Maintain and update a contract database to track deadlines and statuses
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to determine renewal terms and adjustments
  • Draft and negotiate contract renewal documents, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address changes in terms, risks, or legal implications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or vendors regarding contract renewal queries
  • Ensure timely communication of renewal terms and next steps
  • Generate and present reports on contract statuses, renewal rates, and risks
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of renewal agreements
  • Identify inefficiencies in the contract renewal process and propose solutions for optimization

  • Participate in the Renewal Process Execution
  • Build and enhance the Stakeholder Communication process
  • Develop expertise in Reporting and Documentation processes
