IF YOU ARE

Having 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or product manager in software development
Possessing 2+ years of technical experience in roles such as software developer, quality assurance engineer, or similar
Familiar with security concepts like access control and authentication, as well as observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar
Well-versed in working with Functional Requirements (FR) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), including performance, scalability, and security aspects
Demonstrating the ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making
Skilled in leading process improvement efforts and driving better outcomes
Effective in English communication for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledgeable of or exposed to AI and Generative AI concepts or projects (as an advantage)
Familiar with cloud technologies and modern software development methodologies (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

Capture the vision of the business area and the client’s specifics
Drive AI/Gen-AI customer journeys
Understand the client’s business objectives and translate them to the development team
Envision what’s possible with current technology
Define the 'as is' state for the enterprise business solution, model the 'to be' state, identify and assess gaps, and propose improvements
Develop a business case to assess the feasibility of potential solutions or investments
Standardize the collection of business and solution requirements
Apply best practices for effective facilitation, requirements elicitation, documenting, prototyping, and modeling
Establish and follow the requirements lifecycle
Conduct stakeholder analysis and plan a communication strategy considering the results and project specifics
Manage solution scope efficiently
Establish and manage the change management process where applicable
Influence solutions built, suggest improvements, and establish processes, following SoftServe best practices
