Role: Senior Cloud Engineer

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Schedule: Night shift

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Implement cloud technologies using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Contribute to the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), focusing on best practices and innovation.
• Utilize Terraform to build out infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Engage directly with clients to consult on cloud adoption strategies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex GCP, CCoE, and cloud-related issues.
• Use GitLab for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends.

Qualification and requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform, including Compute Engine and Cloud Storage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-code (IaC)
• Exposure to GitLab or other CI/CD tooling
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
