Responsible for generation of all customer contracts for NAM DX and management of existing customer contracts; owner of Terms & Conditions across the business
- Owner of all contractual terms for all existing & future DX agreements
- Subject matter expert on all T&Cs encompassing business critical topics such as GPO Master terms, Price increase language, CPPR policy, Freight policy to protect NAM DX business interests
- Single point of approval for any changes to existing T&Cs and / or any requests to deviate from standard T&Cs for specific contracts; critical to maintain roster of changes to ensure continuity
- Close alignment with Pricing leads and Lead for Large & Complex Deals to ensure alignment of T&Cs with individual deal quotes and financial models
- Project Lead on automation of all DX standard templates to ensure generation of accurate and complete agreements, self-generated or otherwise
- Drive optimum paperwork generation turnaround time for sales to ensure internal & external customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for conducting regular training sessions for Sales and Offer to Order Teams on the T&Cs to generate awareness of content
- Drive coordination with multiple internal stakeholders including but not limited to Sales Leaders, Offer to Order, Contract Controlling, Contract Finance and Legal etc. to maintain awareness of T&Cs and critical topics

The base pay range for this position is
Min $184,500 - Max $276,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
