About Enterprise Services:
Within Siemens Healthineers, the Enterprise Services (ES) team aims to deliver system-wide solutions to healthcare providers to increase value in their organisations by improving outcomes and reducing costs. We offer healthcare providers a comprehensive portfolio of leading products and value-added services, including value partnerships, asset management, technology-enabled solutions, digitally-enabled services, and consulting services
We partner with customers over multiple years to enable sustainable improvements; including expanding and advancing operational and financial performance, fostering clinical excellence, and increasing patient and staff satisfaction.
Your role:
As an Enterprise Services Healthcare Solutions Architect, you will also use your industry knowledge, specifically, diagnostic Imaging and radiotherapy, and technical acumen to architect innovative custom solutions that combine Siemens and 3rd-party products and services. This is a remote position but will involve frequent travel to support customer engagements.
In this Healthcare Solutions Architect role, you can also expect to:
- Lead ES bid submissions/proposal development
- Develop and orchestrate partnership with internal and external stakeholders in line with ES strategy and principles
- Drive business growth through successful delivery of assigned projects
- Support in the development and delivery of ES business strategy working across the Siemens Healthineers business areas (BA), aligned to the changing customer environment
- Educate and support customers and partner organisations on the ES portfolio to drive ES business success
- Create/architect commercial solutions that elevate Siemens position in the market, provide competitive advantage, and tangibly advance customer objectives in areas adjacent to Siemens products through a compelling value proposition
- Prospect and support Consulting and Transformation engagements as required
- Identify new areas for expansion of business scope through working with external organisations
- Manage risks and opportunities for opportunities to minimise exposure
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a proven track record in commercial organization within thehealthcare market
- An in depth understanding of the changing Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy environment
- Proven track record delivering high-quality results under time pressure
- Excellent knowledge and experience of healthcare in the UK and Ireland
- Ideally, experience in Managed Equipment Services (healthcare provider - industry partnerships) including legal, commercial, and financing issues
- Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, and advanced negotiation influencing and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation, English-language communication, and writing skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas to c-suite level clients and senior stakeholders in the organisation
