Job Title: Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview

Strikingly is on the lookout for a dedicated Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist, also known as a Korean Happiness Officer. As a cutting-edge, mobile-first website building platform, our goal is to empower individuals to showcase their uniqueness. This role is integral in fostering delightful customer experiences through effective email and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and embody our values in every interaction by utilizing the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Create memorable moments by delivering outstanding customer service to our users through various platforms (email, chat, social media).
  • Translate product information and customer communications including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Cultivate expertise in our offerings and internal systems to assist customers proficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere in every interaction with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Professional mastery in communication, both in Korean and English.
  • A strong passion for assisting individuals with various learning preferences.
  • An eagerness to learn new concepts, coupled with problem-solving and analytical aptitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency, including a desktop/computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a stable internet connection with at least 20Mbps.
