Pitch helps teams create and deliver compelling content, particularly presentations. But now we’re looking for an experienced content marketer that can elevate our own content. We’d love to hear from experienced marketers that know how to define a content strategy that caters to multiple personas across the entire customer lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to define how Pitch uses content across both new and established channels. You will be creating presentations, social content, video, blog posts, landing pages, and more, in order to solidify our positioning, create brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and activation.

What you’ll get to do
  • Define our approach to content marketing at Pitch and lead all content initiatives from ideation to publishing, whether writing pieces yourself or briefing others.
  • Explore different target personas and design a content experience that runs across the entire customer lifecycle, catering to each profile.
  • Develop a content calendar that delivers impactful messaging over a regular cadence, across social media, the blog, our website, and our active campaigns.
  • Experiment with new content opportunities, exploring how Pitch uses landing pages, thought leadership pieces, or gated content.
  • Find ways make content at Pitch more efficient, whether repurposing and adapting content or collecting reusable customer stories.
Who we are looking for
  • You are an experienced content marketer that can both define a content strategy and write engaging copy.
  • You understand how to communicate with different personas within a target audience and reach them with the right content and messaging. Plus, you know how to adapt messaging and content for different channels, and which format works for each objective.
  • You have worked in companies that mix product-led and sales-assisted growth, and understand the nuanced content requirements of converting self-serve users while also nurturing high-ticket commercial leads.
  • You can research and prioritize content projects, identifying the most opportune ideas across SEO content, customer collateral, and upcoming campaigns.
  • You’re used to measuring and reporting on the impact of content marketing.
  • You’re used to owning the publishing flow and managing website content in a CMS. But you also suggest ways to improve the tooling and the website itself.
  • Even with a clear company and team direction, you’re a self-starter who enjoys working without an existing content marketing playbook.
