SMM Expert (part-time)

We successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and plan to expand to other countries.

We are looking for the best SMM Expert responsible for creating an SMM course from scratch and recording video content for the course in Ukrainian.

This is part-time project work (10 hours weekly)

What will you need to succeed:

• Experience and passion: you have 4+ years of experience as an SMM manager and genuinely love what you do.
• Real results: we’d love to see examples of your successful projects that delivered measurable impact.
• Platform-savvy: you know Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn (and others) inside out, including trends and best practices.
• Being a Content Guru: you can create video and photo content that the audience loves (think Reels, TikTok vibes).
• Being an Editing Pro: comfortable using tools like InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro to polish your content.
• Data-driven mindset: you’re great with social media stats, know how to analyze them, and can work with dashboards to track performance.
• Marketing-smart: you understand key marketing metrics and can easily collaborate with performance marketing teams.
• Effective Workflow Coordination: you know how to write clear tasks for designers, editors, or copywriters to bring your ideas to life.
• Being a great communicator: you can explain even the trickiest things in a way that’s super easy to understand.
• Knowledge sharing desire: you love teaching, and inspiring others to grow.
• Language skills: your English is B2+, and you’re fluent in Ukrainian.

Your advantage will be:

• Experience in educational content creation, public speaking, training video recording

Your tasks will be:

• Create a training course from scratch for students who want to change their career to SMM
• Record educational videos for the course program that students will use for learning.
• Create practical tasks for each topic to make sure students can implement the gained knowledge

* You will work closely with experienced Instructional Designers who will help you create consistent educational materials

** This project is expected to take at least 6 months of collaboration, with the possibility of a contract extension.
