Location: Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. This role involves designing a variety of materials, including websites, social media graphics, posters, and presentations, while working closely with a dynamic, international team. The ideal candidate is imaginative, diligent, and passionate about creating visually stunning designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

Create engaging designs for websites, PowerPoints, social media posts, posters, and presentations.
Use tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Webflow, and Framer to deliver high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with clients to develop designs that align with their branding and vision.

UI/UX Expertise:

Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
Utilize wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

Collaboration & Client Management:

Work closely with the international team to brainstorm and refine design concepts.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Webflow, and Framer.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and creativity.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in product design and graphic design.
Familiarity with building websites using platforms like Framer and Webflow.
Experience leading teams or managing design projects.
Skills in brand and logo creation.
