Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation to align with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership in Java development, guiding teams in best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
- Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations for efficiency and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a system architect role focused on Java.
- Proficiency in Java and Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns (Microservices, SOA, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
