Job description

The Role
TimelyCare is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation efforts and drive sustained growth in the higher education sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative marketer to take ownership of a full-funnel demand generation strategy, spanning multiple channels and audiences. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including designing and executing targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads, drive engagement, and accelerate customer acquisition at scale.
As part of this role, you will leverage AI-driven insights to inform marketing strategy, messaging, and creative concepts based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and persona data, enabling data-driven decisions that create impactful campaigns. Account-based marketing (ABM) will be a key component of your efforts, alongside developing innovative strategies, analyzing performance metrics to optimize outcomes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that drive overall business growth.
You will bring a deep understanding of higher education and the ability to craft strategies that resonate with decision-makers, such as presidents, provosts, and other institutional leaders, to build pipeline, shorten sales cycles, and drive revenue growth. Working closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams, you will create and execute integrated marketing plans that amplify TimelyCare’s value to campuses and students nationwide.

What You'll Do
  • Develop demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth across all stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Create engaging multi-channel campaigns balancing inbound and outbound tactics, such as email campaigns, social media, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and events.
  • Lead targeted ABM efforts for system-level and enterprise accounts, collaborating with sales to prioritize key accounts, and develop personalized 1:1 or 1:few campaigns using tailored content, events, and direct outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads using data-driven approaches to refine targeting, segmentation, and messaging, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • Partner with product marketing to address specific needs and challenges faced by institutional audiences like administrators, faculty, and staff.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling assets, including case studies, white papers, digital ads, and nurture sequences that fuel lead generation efforts.
  • Optimize marketing programs based on performance analytics. Leverage metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline progression, and deal velocity to enhance tactics and achieve continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate with sales to streamline lead handoff processes, track campaign performance, and create alignment between marketing and business development objectives.

  • What You Bring
  • 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM, with a proven track record in enterprise-level B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with higher education or healthcare ecosystems, system-level structures, and decision-making processes, or similar experience in comparable industries is a plus.
  • Expertise in demand generation strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Strong ABM experience aimed at large accounts or enterprise-level clients.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute complex marketing initiatives.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.

  • Benefits + Perks
  • Paid Company Holidays + No work on your birthday!
  • Flexible PTO + Volunteer Time Off (VTO) as an organization to give back to the community
  • Variable bonus eligibility on a quarterly basis
  • Company-sponsored Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) + Pet Insurance

  • Concierge benefit support services
  • 401(k) with employer match

  • The salary range for this opportunity is $115,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
